Probably more than we should. I try to take about an hour break at some point but I’m always afraid I’m going to miss something. LIke Friday, I took a break and the airlines ripped.

Thanks so much for sharing! Question: Do you have watch lists that send you alerts? You mention Chinese stocks, airlines etc. I am just wondering if you create watch lists or just take a peak at your favorites everyday.

I created a watch list in trade ideas with about 150 stocks in it and I frequently update. I have a lot of Chinese stocks in there and stocks from about 5 sectors including airlines, semis, banks, and brokers.
It’s a good idea to do a watch list but you also need to have alerts for the market in general.

See the video titled Day “Trading FAQ” you can even do a google search for that. Watch the video for alert software info. I do not trade “pairs”. Money management has a downside daily cutoff point and an upside protection stop loss (20%). Risk reward I try for 3:1
